June 26, 2009 AHI Newsletter
Dear AHI Member,
We would like to share with you the highlights from the June board meeting and results from the survey. The minutes are available to members at the website A4HI.org
June Highlights:
- Board is set to vote on an AHI Leadership Award for Advancing the Scholarship of Health Care Improvement.
- Education Committee will promote and advertise the AHI Duncan Neuhauser Curricular Innovation Award. We request that the Board help spread the news.
- Boel Andersson-Gare and Johan Thor propose an AHI Node in conjunction with the Swedish Jonkoping Academy for Improvement graduate degree in Leadership and Improvement in Health and Social Welfare. The affiliation would promote AHI membership, networking and collaboration, scientific symposiums in healthcare improvement, and bilateral exchange of scholars.

WWW, Social Networking Help Needed
The Web Committee remains in need of volunteers who take an interest in either the technical or content development of the AHI web site. This is an important way to become involved.
