Why join?

AHI offers a professional home for educators, clinicians, investigators, administrators, policy makers, and students interested in:

  • The science and implementation of continuous improvement in healthcare and health professions education
  • A scholarly community in which professionals and investigators can introduce work for peer review and discussion
  • A network for discussion of the concepts, methods and applications of research and education in healthcare improvement
  • Career and leadership pathways for professionals in healthcare improvement
  • Creating a research and education agenda for healthcare improvement

We want to solidify quality improvement as a field and as a career. We want AHI to be a self-organizing, dynamic network of people who share the common mission of improving health and healthcare. The more people involved, the greater our energy and the larger our reach, scope, and potential.
